An Ultra-High Sensitivity Analysis of Nitrosamines in Multiple Water Sources
This study introduces a highly sensitive LC-MS/MS method for detecting nitrosamines in drinking water and environmental samples. Nitrosamines are classified as probable carcinogens, making their monitoring crucial for regulatory compliance and public health. Using the SCIEX 7500 system, the method achieves low parts-per-trillion (ppt) detection levels, providing reliable quantification of nitrosamine contaminants in accordance with global water safety standards.
